When you submit an inquiry, Lily Soboleva receives your name, email, message, service selection, and any phone number, date, or location you choose to provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.

How inquiries are delivered

The website is hosted by Vercel. Inquiry details are sent by email through Resend and as an internal SMS notification through Twilio. The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages or automatically send SMS to your phone.

Security and retention

Technical request information may be processed to prevent spam and troubleshoot delivery. Inquiry messages are retained in business communications as needed to handle your request. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
